Best-Case Locations

Each PinShot Golf facility will be built within sight of a highway wherever possible, near an exit whenever possible. The lights, video boards and signage will act as a major marketing draw for the facility in such a location.

A relatively square, open space of 90-100 acres will be targeted as best-case property sites. 60-70 acres will be used for the golf course itself, with the remaining land used for a multi-family real estate development of condo and apartment units targeting young professionals, downsizing couples, and sports-centric families.

Best-case locations will be the ‘inner ring’ — the area between a city center and its suburbs — as these sites offer access to dense populations while often actively seeking redevelopment (with tax-credits and tax-abatements).

Eco-friendly design and development concepts will be used throughout the site to save money, resources and capture energy whenever possible: rainwater retention; solar and wind energy collection; drought-resistant grasses; recycling programs. ‘Green’ concepts will be implemented to create both a financial savings and a public relations benefit.

The clubhouse design, the PinShot Golf branding, and the mix of holes will be similar across all properties. But each golf course design will be unique in character and layout based on geography.
